This recipe creates a special flair for our favorite potato.

Do your baked potatoes turn out waxy? If so, bet you blamed the potato didn't you. Certainly a lot of folks know the secret to perfect fluffy bakers, but some don't.

While the above recipe is pretty simple, just mix the ingredients together, lets provide you with a quick lesson on bakers.

Pre-heat your oven to 400 deg. F. Wash potato and then with a knife score a straight line on one side. (about 1/16th inch deep) Place into the oven, scored side up and bake (here is the secret) for at least, 1 hour and 10 minutes at 400 degrees. If you are baking more than 1 or 2 potatoes, your total baking time will have to be increased.

Micro waving a baked potato is disgusting. However, you can successfully cut down on your baking time by "nuking" for a short period of time. (no more than 5 minutes on high for a large baker) One thing to keep in mind if you use your nuker. You can start a baked potato in the micro-wave, but you CAN NOT finish one.

Add a dab of butter to your perfect fluffy potato and a portion of the above mixture. You will be pleasantly supprised.
